Basically, they consist of Enokitake (Enoki Mushrooms) wrapped in thin slices of beef and then grilled with some sort of sweetish glaze.

Yet don't overcook the beef or let the sauce turn to be too dry. I used the already thinly sliced beef for hotpot. You can get some from Korean or Japanese stores. Wash the enoki mushroom cut the roots and drain.
