- It's 180 ml of water.
- Prepare 2 of eggs.
- You need 30 ml of olive oil.
- You need 450 grams of flour.
- Prepare 30 grams of fresh yeast or 15g dry yeast.
- You need 25 grams of sugar.
- You need 10 grams of salt.
- Prepare 1 of sesame seeds.
- You need 1 of egg.
Hamburger Buns instructions
- Mix water eggs olive oil.
- Mix flour dry yeast sugar salt.
- Combine flour mixture and water mixture.
- Stir until dough is formed and knead for 10 minutes.
- Put dough in bowl covered for 1 hour to rise until double in size.
- Divide in 10 equal pieces and form them as balls.
- Let them rest for 15 minutes covered.
