Ingredients of Sourdough Surprise

1. You need 2 slices of sourdough bread.
2. You need 2 strips of bacon(panchetta or pastrami is also fine).
3. You need of Cheddar cheese.
4. It's of Double Gloucester Cheese.
5. Prepare of Mozzarella Cheese.
6. You need of Garlic Pepper.
7. You need 1 of Egg.

Sourdough Surprise instructions

1. Butter both sides of both slices of bread.
2. Heat your pan slightly, add a little butter to ensure that the bread doesn't stick.
3. Place the bread in the pan and lightly toast both sides.
4. Cut a hole into one of the slices of bread.
5. On one slice of bread, put your 3 cheese and pork of choice.
6. In the slice of bread with the hole, add your egg(make sure the yolk is aligned with the hole you've made).
7. Put a lid on the pan and let the cheese melt and the egg get to the consistency where the yolk is like a sauce..
8. Season both sides with garlic pepper.
9. Place the bread with the egg on top of the one with your filling.
10. Steam for 2-3 mins on medium heat(longer if you want the egg completely cooked).
11. Plate it, cut it, eat it.
